vTRACK

vTRACK is a cloud hosted SaaS application that provides security-guarding companies with complete control and management over their deployed manpower working in various site locations across different cities and time zones.

vTRACK is based on NFC technology, and includes guard-tour verification, incident reporting and time clocking applications for improved service quality and internal controls.

vTRACK utilizes Microsoft AZURE infrastructure to offer a flexible and scalable cloud-hosted application that fully leverages the benefits of mobile and near-field communications.

vTRACK operates using the NFC, leveraging existing RFID and wireless network connectivity. In addition, a cloud-hosted control center for an integrated approach provides non-intrusive continuous communication with field workers.

An interactive dashboard provides 360-degree views of the real-time project status, necessary for today's growing security needs. Using control centre administrators, a project supervisor can monitor and manage all sites within his/her portfolio.

vTRACK provides rich interactive user interface. Graphical icons indicate tour stations and a moving icon denotes the guard moving from station to station. Upon inspection, tour stations change color for easy monitoring and management.

Supporting the report and dashboard, the integrated scheduler automates the background processing tasks based on time, data and logic, including automated functions like SMS for predefined audio messages to all or groups of security guards on duty.

Enterprise integration is supported via message queue to receive external event trigger to achieve real-time activation for operational monitoring and alerting needs.
